2. What Information We Collect

- Company information: Your company name, industry, and any details you enter when setting up your Peak workspace.
- Payment information: Billing details including name, address, and payment method. Note that we do not store full card numbers. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor.
- Communications: Any messages, feedback, or support requests you send to us.
2.2 Information Generated When You Use Peak
When you use Peak, the platform generates and stores data as part of how the product works:
- AI employee activity logs: Every action taken by your AI employees is logged, including task completions, tool usage, credit consumption, and timestamps. This data belongs to you and exists to give you full transparency over your AI workforce.
- Task and project data: The tasks, goals, company plans, and workflows you create inside your Peak workspace.
- Conversation history: Messages exchanged between you and your AI CEO or other AI employees inside the platform.
- Connector data: Information about which third-party tools you have connected to Peak (for example, Gmail, Slack, Notion, WhatsApp). We store the connection credentials and relevant activity data needed to operate those integrations on your behalf.
- Usage data: How you interact with the Peak interface, including pages visited, features used, clicks, session duration, and browser type.
2.3 Information Collected Automatically
When you access Peak, we automatically collect certain technical information:
- Device and browser information: Browser type, operating system, device type, and screen resolution.
- IP address and location: Your approximate geographic location based on your IP address.
- Log data: Server logs including access times, pages viewed, and error reports.
- Cookies and tracking technologies: We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and understand how you use Peak. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
2.4 Information From Third-Party Integrations
When you connect your third-party tools to Peak (such as Gmail, Slack, Notion, or others), we receive access to data from those tools as required to perform the tasks your AI employees are assigned. We access only the data necessary to complete the specific work delegated to your AI team. We do not access, store, or read data from your connected tools beyond what is needed to execute your instructions.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
3.1 To Operate and Deliver the Service
- Create and manage your Peak account and workspace
- Build and run your AI company structure including your AI employees
- Execute tasks assigned to your AI employees using connected tools
- Process payments and manage your subscription or credits
- Send you transactional emails such as receipts, activity summaries, and approval requests
3.2 To Improve Peak
- Analyze how users interact with the platform to identify bugs and improve features
- Monitor system performance and reliability
- Conduct internal research and testing to build better AI capabilities
3.3 To Communicate With You
- Respond to your support requests and questions
- Send you product updates, new feature announcements, and important notices related to your account
- Send you marketing communications where you have given us permission to do so (you can opt out at any time)

- We will never use your data to train AI models.The content of your workspace, your tasks, your conversations with your AI employees, and data from your connected tools are never used to train Peak’s AI models or any third-party AI models.
- We will never read your connected tool data for any purpose other than executing your instructions. When your AI employee accesses your Gmail or Slack, that access is solely to complete the task you assigned.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
5.1 Service Providers
We work with third-party service providers who help us operate the platform. These include:
- Cloud infrastructure providers for hosting and data storage
- Payment processors to handle billing
- AI model providers to power the intelligence behind your AI employees
- Analytics providers to help us understand platform usage
- Email delivery providers to send you notifications and updates
All service providers are bound by data processing agreements and are only permitted to use your data to perform services on our behalf.
5.2 Third-Party Integrations You Authorize
When you connect a third-party tool to Peak, you authorize us to interact with that tool on your behalf. The data exchanged is governed both by this Privacy Policy and by the privacy policy of that third-party service.
5.3 Legal Requirements

- Activity logs: Retained for 12 months by default. You can request earlier deletion.
- Payment records: Retained for 7 years to comply with Indian financial regulations.
- Support communications: Retained for 2 years.
When your data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

You can disconnect any third-party integration from your Peak workspace at any time from your account settings. Disconnecting a tool revokes our access to that tool immediately.

8. Children’s Privacy
Peak is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected information from a minor without appropriate parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

The Peak platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you connect to or visit.
